HIGH TIDES IN ST CAST BAY
Stop over in St Cast Le Guildo bay abandoned by the sea on one of the highest ebb tides in Europe. Led by one of our environment hosts, walk along the shore and observe animal and plant life. Discover with professionals oyster and mussel farming. Dates 2008: February 21st - March 10th - Avril 7th, May 6th, June 5th, July 3rd, August 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 30th and 31, September 1st, 2nd, 29th and 30th.

 WATER-SPORTS CENTRE
Dynamic, it brings the sea to life every week-end with sailing regattas and offers a great number of activities from Easter to All Saints': sea kindergarten (children 5 to 7 years old), optimists, catamarans, sailing dinghies, sailboards, kayaks, live-in boats, ornitho fishing, traditional sailing aboard the Dragous, sailing school, training, courses and cruises.
HORSE-RIDING CENTRE
First class, the only centre in Brittany preparing youngsters for a State Diploma of 1st degree Sports Instructor. The tuition is excellent. Situated in a 25 hectares wooded park it boasts superb structures: under cover manege, 3 training grounds and one for competitions, 1 cross-country riding course. Rides in the woods or on the beach. Horses and ponies.
GOLF
18 holes, a remarkable technical course thanks to its location on the sea shore. You can improve your handicap following the instructor's advice and put it into practice by joining in the competitions taking place all year round.
MUNICIPAL MINI-GOLF
TENNIS
Clay surface or porosol courts, 1 court under cover. Training or court hire by the hour.
SEA WATER SWIMMING POOL, INDOORS AND HEATED
Swimming school and club (advanced lessons and competitions for children), aquarobics. Open all year round.
SKIN-DIVING CLUB
Initiation and advanced courses and theory lessons in a winter pool. Maiden dives, initiation and exploration courses in summer.
 CAP ARMOR ACTIVITIES
Easter, july, august and All Saints': cultural and sports activities for all from the age of 12. More information at the tourist information office.
WALKING / BIKING
One of the resort's main activity with 8 marked walking circuits and mountain bike circuits.
Lots of other activities are available: fishing, cinema, library, bridge, chess, scrabble etc.
